Membership Levels
The Players Advantage Club® features three levels of membership.  The blue card level is the base card and there is no point requirement to become a member. 

To qualify for Gold card status, you must earn a minimum of 25,000 points in a calendar year. 

Platinum card members qualify for this elite level by earning a minimum of 100,000 points in a calendar year or by earning at least 15,000+ points per day on at least two or more days within a calendar year.

Play for Points
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Casino is one of very few places that offer points for BOTH slots and table games play.  Use your points earned on either activity for cash back, comps and more!

Table games - Points are earned based on average wager and length of play.

Slots - The number of points earned varies depending on the type of machine played.  We offer many opportunities throughout the year to earn points at DOUBLE and even TRIPLE the normal rate, so join the Players Advantage Club® today and get the Hyatt players advantage.

Complimentaries & Cash Back
Complimentaries and cash back are based upon tracked play, so always remember to play using your Players Advantage Club® card.  You may redeem your casino points for rooms, food & beverage, spa services and now, Cash Back. * Self couponing non Players Advantage Club® members can comp themselves right at the table at any of our restaurants!  No more paper comps!

It is your responsibility to ensure that your play is accurately tracked using your card.  If you are a table game player, please present your card at every table prior to beginning play.  Please ask for your card prior to leaving the table.  If your game is slots, please make sure you insert your card into each machine you play.  If playing more than one machine, please ask for multiple cards.  Each machine played must have a tracking card inserted to ensure accurate tracking of all play.

Points are retired following 12 months of inactivity.  Points are non-transferable.
